Customers > Feedback Tab Overview
The Customers > Feedback Tab in your admin is where you can view your past 60 days performance rated by your customers.
The customers will rate their experience based on:
Experience: Positive / Negative
Communication: 1 - 5 stars
Item as Described: 1 - 5 stars
Shipping Time: 1 - 5 stars
Charges: 1 - 5 stars
Note: They also have the option to leave a comment.
