Our eBay integration is set up to allow your eBay admin to pull in the sales tax rate that you have set in Account > Store. If your business operates in a state without sales tax, be sure to enter a value of zero for your sales tax rate in this area of the admin.
Note: eBay will not recognize your tax rate as zero unless you enter a numeric zero in this field. If no sales tax rate is entered, an error will occur.
