By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to our inventory management system, our point-of-sale system, omni-channel integrations, 1M+ products in the catalog, and your own e-commerce website.

After you complete the sign-up process, we’ll fulfill your order and send your login credentials along with onboarding information. Order fulfillment can take 24–48 business hours, though it is usually completed the same day. Once you have access, simply upload your inventory by importing a CSV file into your CrystalCommerce Admin. From there, you can sync your products to platforms like eBay, TCGPlayer, Amazon, CardTrader, ManaPool, your included website, and many more. When an item sells, inventory updates automatically across all channels to prevent overselling.
IMPORTANT: To avoid delays, please complete the post-order survey and include your business name (even if you're an individual) and a website name. A website name is required even if you don't plan to use the site, as it will be used to create your database and inventory. Missing information may cause delays in setup.
