Your admin will have default banners that display on your website for the first time (Find the category called Banner Manager under Inventory > Products. Find any products called Leaderboard or Slider Banner).
You'll notice that the images on these products correlate with those on your website.
If you edit these products, you have the update to upload a new image. Selecting the new image as your default will make that image appear on your website.
