The Advertising > Mad Mimi Tab in the admin links to https://madmimi.com/ to create an account.
Mad Mimi is a newsletter system you can integrate on your Ecommerce website to allow customers to subscribe to your newsletters.
You can also export your customer list from your admin to a .csv file, and upload it into Mad Mimi to target a specific audience based on your customer export parameters.
