The site must already be created in core 2. If you don't have a site in core 2, feel free to reach out to our support department.
The site must not have had the DNS updated to actually point to the core 2 site yet. If the DNS has already been pointed to core 2, then you don't need to follow this article. Instead, just go to the website's normal domain / URL.
To find a site which is temporarily in testing / staging on core 2, visit:
[databasename]-core2.crystalcommerce.com
where [databasename] is replaced by the actual database name (without the brackets)
