If your customers are not able to input their coupons on your website

If you have coupons for your customers to use but you find that on checkout, there is no option to enter in a coupon, there is a setting that you need to make sure is checked.

Under Account > Payments, make sure the check box for 'Coupons' is enabled.

Please note, coupons only work on the website and not for the Point of Sale.
