When setting up a brand new product type, it is important to set the correct Descriptor names and values based on the supported values from our catalog. Reference the list of these values here.

Note: When adding Descriptor values, each entry from the reference chart must be copied and pasted individually. Use the comma key to separate values - you will know that the value has been entered if it appears in a blue box.

Add Descriptors in your Product Type as shown below:

Note: Like Variants, all Descriptor values must be capitalized, spaced, and spelled exactly as they appear in the reference chart in order to operate correctly.
