When setting up a brand new product type, it is important to set the correct Condition and Descriptor names and values based on the supported values from our catalog. Reference the list of these values here.

Make sure to specify the appropriate values before importing any products, as these values indicate where information about product quantity is store.

Note: You must set your condition values before adding any quantity to that type of product. Changing a condition value after quantity has been added, will create "orphan variants," which are quantities that modify the total quantity of a product, but do not appear when you "manage" a product.
