You can add, edit, delete, and manage your website pages via the Admin panel.

Step 1: Navigate to Design > Site Pages

Step 2: Click the (+) button on the right hand side.

​Step 3: Fill out the necessary information:

Title: This will be the title of the page
​SEO name: This will be the added to the url of your website.
​Keywords: Add keywords related to the content of the page
​Description: Add description that is related to the content of the page
​Tags:
​Content: This is where you will add the content of your page

Final step: Hit [ Save Page ]

Is this going to be automatically added as a link to the header and footer of website?
To make a page appear in your header, you need to give your page a tag.

The correct tag can be found by assign the code ?mytags to the end of your url. Most likely the tag will be (for the header):

nav-main
​
Or for the footer, give it a tag:
​nav-footer

Note, there is a limit to each header and footer.
