A PayPal eCheck is an option your customers can choose when selecting PayPal as their checkout option on your CrystalCommerce website. These eChecks take up to 6 days for the money to appear in your PayPal account.
Despite the order not really being funded yet, the orders immediately appear in Payment Received status within the CrystalCommerce admin panel.
Because of this we recommend you always has this PayPal option disabled.
How to Disable eChecks on PayPal:
Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com
In the top-right menu, click the "Gear" icon, then choose "Account Settings"
Choose "Payment Preferences" then beside "Block Payments" click the "Update" link
Under "Block the following payments", check the box "Pay with eCheck transfer for all website payments except eBay". This will block all future eCheck payments.
