We at Crystalcommerce have the ability to create ASINs for products so that they can be sold on Amazon.

However, Amazon also has their internal teams and systems that run through the Amazon catalog, and under their own decisions and algorithms, they will repoint or merge ASINs to other products.

Amazon will sometimes take our ASINs for our products, and point them to a completely different product.

If you notice there is a wrong ASIN and it is pointing to a completely different product, please do the following:

  1. Log into your Amazon Seller Account

  2. Find the contact us section.  Note, it is difficult to navigate the Amazon seller page, so alternatively, locating the Help bar and hitting merge or split product can get you to find the contact us section.

  3. Click ' Request product page or category change'

It may also be this link - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/help.html/?itemID=G201950610&ref_=xx_G201950610_a_r1_cont_sgsearch

    4. Find and Click the 'Tell us you want to fix a product page'
    5. You should be taken to a new page.
     6. You will need to click on Merge duplicate or split product pages, have the affected ASIN at hand, and also ask for this to be done urgently so that it gets done asap.

Once again, we sadly do not know why or have any power on what Amazon decides to merge together.  Please do not hesitate to contact the Crystalcommerce support team if you have any questions.
