Customers - How do I manually adjust a customer’s store credit?

How to add or remove store credit from a customer's account.

To make those adjustments, head over to the Customers tab in the admin. Here, the active customer list is displayed. Browse or search directly for the customer here using the search bar. Once found, click on the customer to reveal the customer file, or click the Edit button next to the customer file If browsing.

A new screen is displayed showing all details of the customer. The third tab over is the Credits tab, let’s navigate there. Here you can see a log showing all store credit gains or losses, and what user made the adjustment.  Above we will find an adjust credit section. Enter a value and a reason, then enter your password and hit enter. The store credit will be adjusted as per the specified amount and the note will be imprinted on the account.

Note: If you want to remove store credit from a customer's account, enter a negative number into the "Amount" field.
