Transaction Fees, Monthly Fees and Billing Explained

What are your rates/fees and what's included?

  • If you signed up on or after November 1st, 2017, the monthly fee is $99 per month and the online transaction fee is 2.5%.                        

  • For all other existing accounts that began before November 1st, 2017. The monthly fee is $49 per month if you are doing up to $4,999 a month in online transactions. The monthly fee is $99 per month if you are doing over $5,000 a month in online transactions. Online transactions done on your frontend website, mobile devices, TCGPlayer Sync accounts, eBay, and Amazon are charged at 2.5% transaction fee.

  • Please note, members who return to our platform will be placed onto the latest Crystalcommerce fee structure, regardless of when your original account was created. Only current and active accounts who signed up before November 1st, 2017 will keep the previous fee structure.

  • Any new admin and/or account created will fall under the latest Crystalcommerce payment plan. If for instance your account was created before November 1st, 2017, and you decide to create a second admin account, the second admin account will be placed under the latest Crystalcommerce payment plan.

Free Services! 

  • There are no transaction fees on transactions processed through the point-of-sale system! The monthly fees of $49 or $99 still applies.

  • There are no transaction fees on any buylist transactions, whether it is online or at your brick and mortar store.

How often do we get billed?

  • The transaction fees are charged weekly on Mondays calculated from all the online transactions paid from the previous Monday through Sunday.

  • The monthly fee is charged on every first of the month.

  • Graphic Design is charged at the end of the month.

Note that these fees do not include any fees from other vendors or integrations made through CrystalCommerce.
